| Description | Notice given by James Coates overseer of the highway for the township of Wass to the Revd Mr Robinson of his intention to move at the next Quarter Sessions for the inhabitants of Wass to be discharged from an indictment for not repairing the highway beginning at the south-west end of the township of Wass and extending (as the road to Helmsley) to the township of Ampleforth. The road has been viewed by two Justices who have certified that it is in good repair
