William Todd late of the township of Brompton upon Swale innkeeper John Fawcit late of the township of Dalton carrier, Adam Stainsby late of the township of Scawton carpenter, and Benjamin Oldfield late of the township of Catterick stonemason, were accused along with Ferguson. Endorsed "Richmond Sessions 13th January 1791. The King v Elizabeth Ferguson for an assault. Not Guilty"
