From 12 January 1790 part of the way called Back Lane has been in disrepair in the township of Morton cum Fairholme from a gate across the way at the north side of a close called Thompson's Close northwards to another gate across the way near a place called William Hutchinson's Yard End, being 1,058 yards in length and 3 yards in breadth
Alderson is responsible for repairs by reason of his tenure of land adjoining the west side of the way
