- consent dated 20 May 1791 of Gilbert Crompton esquire and Robert Driffield haberdasher, both of the city of York and owners of land in the township of West Huntington, to the making of a new highway through their land in lieu of the highway to be diverted and stopped-up [document damaged and in two parts]

- order made on 1 October 1793 at a special Sessions held at Huntington in the wapentake of Bulmer for the stopping-up of Breck Lane and the diversion of the highway

- order made on 1 October 1793 at a special Sessions held at Huntington in the wapentake of Bulmer for the stopping-up and diversion of a highway

- certificate dated 4 October 1793 of two Justices that they have viewed the highways in the lordship of West Huntington in the township of Huntington and have made an order to divert Breck Lane. The new highway if now fit for travellers, and the old highway is to be stopped-up for a length of 1,496 yards and a breadth of 30 feet. The land and soil is to be sold partly to Barnard Foord Bowes esquire whose land occupied by Margaret Peirson and William Millington adjoins it, and partly to Gilbert Crompton esquire whose land occupied by Thomas Taylor adjoins it. The purchase money is to be used to buy the land for the new highway

The land and soil is to be sold partly to Robert Driffield esquire whose land occupied by William Wildman adjoins it, and partly to Gilbert Crompton esquire whose land occupied by Mr Francis Pulleyne adjoins it. The purchase money is to be used to buy the land for the new highway
