DescriptionBill of indictment of Miles Harding late of Seamer in Cleveland yeoman, James Harding late of Hemlington yeoman, and John Wanlow otherwise Wanley late of Seamer in Cleveland labourer, and nine other persons unknown, for riotously assembling and assaulting Robert Hart the younger and Edward Williamson, and stealing 100 cart loads of wheat in the straw and unthreshed, the property of Thomas Hart; and destroying five perches of hedges and fences, also the property of Thomas Hart
