From 12 October 1815 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Flaxton from the guide post pointing to Easingwold to the gate across the highway dividing the townships of Strensall and Flaxton, being 855 yards in length and 20 feet in breadth
Lund and Precious are responsible for repairs by reason of their tenure of lands adjoining the highway |
