- Jerom Ballan Ripley aged 13 years, convicted of stealing four pounds weight of bacon and an apple, the property of Richard Spruce of Bulmer. Sentenced to be transported for seven years
- Joseph Anderson, convicted of stealing four woollen cloth scarves and three yards of kerseymere, the property of Benjamin Wrigley of Bruntcliffe Thorne. Sentenced to be confined in the House of Correction for six months with hard labour
- John Mines, convicted of stealing a cloth pelisse, the property of Mary Simpson of Dalton on Tees. Sentenced to be confined in the House of Correction for six months with hard labour
- James Woodhouse, convicted of stealing a flannel petticoat and a cambric muslin petticoat, the property of Beatrice Elsworth of Clifton. Sentenced to be confined in the House of Correction for six months with hard labour
- Matthew West, convicted of stealing a tablecloth, the property of Mary Wolstenholme of St Marygate in the parish of St Olave. Sentenced to be confined in the House of Correction for six months with hard labour
- William Bland, convicted of stealing a pair of shoes and a pair of stockings, the property of John Bently of the parish of Old Malton. Sentenced to be confined in the House of Correction for four months with hard labour
- Margaret Walker, convicted of stealing an iron coal rake, the property of William Horsley of New Malton. Sentenced to be confined in the House of Correction for seven days with hard labour
- Richard Scott, William Scott, and Joseph Boanas, convicted of breaking and entering the bakehouse and shop of John Dickson of Whitby with intent to steal. Sentenced to be confined in the House of Correction for 14 days and to be severely whipped
- James Farrer, convicted of uttering a counterfeit coin resembling a shilling and sixpence bank token to John Twinam of Easingwold, knowing it to be counterfeit, and for having another similar counterfeit coin in his possession. Sentenced to be confined in the Castle of York for six months, and then to find sureties for his behaviour for the next six months
- George Cleghorn, convicted of uttering a counterfeit coin resembling a three-shillings bank token to Thomas Kitchin of Thirsk, knowing it to be counterfeit. Sentenced to be confined in the House of Correction for six months, and then to find sureties for his behaviour for the next six months
- John Johnson and William Grayson otherwise William Graystone. Found not guilty; to be discharged
- John Hodgson. No bill; discharged by proclamation
