- George Sidebotton. Inquest held at Whitby on 16 October 1817. Verdict: suffocated in a well

- Mary Wilson. Inquest held at Whitby on 5 January 1818. Verdict: visitation of God

- Elizabeth Spearman. Inquest held at Whitby on 26 January 1818. Verdict: lunacy
