"Record" of the case against the inhabitants of Wigginton for nuisance in not repairing a highway beginning at a gate adjoining the highway near an orchard occupied by Mrs Greenlays, to the cross lane called Corban Lane, and then to the turnpike gate adjoining the road from York to Helmsley, being 3727 yards in length and six yards in breadth.
