From 7July 1821 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Danby from a stone on the highway near a hill called Todhow westward to the town of Kirby Moorside to a stone on the highway marked with the letter D, being 352 yards in length and 13 feet in breadth

Endorsed with names of witnesses and "a true bill
