DescriptionNotice dated 4 July 1822 from Alfred Simpson attorney at law to Joseph Hickson and George Brigham that application will be made at Quarter Sessions to discharge the indictment against the inhabitants of the North Riding for not repairing Fleet Bridge, being 10 yards long and 10 feet wide, over Stainsby Beck in the parishes of Acklam and Stainton. The bridge is now in good repair

Motion paper for the Sessions to be held on 16 July 1822 for the court to discharge the indictment of the inhabitants of the North Riding for not repairing Fleet Bridge. The prosecutor is expected to oppose the discharge as the bridge has not been widened
