DescriptionOath of Joseph Brown of Whitby glazier that he has no freehold property in the township of Whitby. The house he occupies is leasehold for a long term of years and is of the value of £20. He was previously called as a juror in respect of the same house, and when he appealed, his name was struck out. He hadn't expected to be called again, and did not know that his name had been inserted until he was summoned by the bailiff to appear at the next Sessions
