- Ann Sibbitt aged 64 years singlewoman. Inquest held at Aiskew on 19 July 1847. Verdict: skull accidentally fractured

- Margaret Place aged 10 years daughter of Francis Place. Inquest held at Melbecks on 21 July 1847. Verdict: accidental death

- Rosamond Elgie aged 6 years daughter of Henry Elgie. Inquest held at Yafforth on 30 July 1847. Verdict: accidentally burned to death

- Joseph Banks aged 80 years butcher. Inquest held at Aiskew on 2 August 1847. Verdict: found dead

- Joseph Long aged 23 years butcher. Inquest held at Barningham on 2 October 1847. Verdict: died of an effusion of blood on the brain
