With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the city of York held at the Guildhall of the city of York on 14 October 1844 of Robert Fawcett for stealing a silver pepper castor, the property of Isabella Lockwood at the parish of All saints Pavement in the city of York on 2 September 1844. Fawcett was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at York for six calendar months. Certificate dated 4 April 1848
