With certificate of conviction at a Petty Sessions for Huddersfield in the Upper Division of Agbrigg on 11 August 1871 of Thomas Kelly for stealing 2s in coinage and one scarf value 1s, the property of Benjamin Paxman and taken from his person, at the parish of Huddersfield on 10 August 1871. Kelly was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Wakefield for one month. Certificate dated 30 December 1871
