With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the liberty of Ripon held at Ripon on 23 October 1880 of Elizabeth Preston for obtaining by false pretences a cashmere dress and linings for it, a trimmed chip bonnet, a lady's scarf and a pair of stockings total value £2 3s 5d.
