With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the East Riding held at Beverley on 29 June 1886 of Frederick Chapman for stealing one coat, the property of George Hornby. Chapman was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Hull for 12 calendar months and afterwards to be subject to police supervision for five years. Certificate dated 4 October 1889
