Yearly rent of £400 payable at the Nativity of St. John the Baptist (24 June) and Christmas at inner Temple Hall, London
Covenants that (2) will pay a years rent to (1) if the lease is made void by the Crown before the end of the term, that (1) shall not dispose of or employ the materials and fixtures on the leased premises for the making and taking of alum nor shall he permit any alum working within the Manor of Marske during the term of the lease without the permission of (2) and that (1) shall not make any alum within 1 year after the termination of the lease
