DescriptionBill of indictment of Thomas Claxton of Kirby Fleetham with Fencotes yeoman, who held one whole carrucate of land (in English "a plow land" ) at Kirby Fleetham with Fencotes, for not providing a cart and horses to assist with repairing the highway

On 1 June 1693 Thomas Davile gentleman, Leonard Wasse gentleman and Christopher Pybus yeoman, supervisors of the highway at Kirby Fleetham with Fencotes, had appointed 9 July 1693 as a day for repairing the highway, and Davile gave notice of this on 5 June 1693
