DescriptionBill of indictment of John Wardell of Bulmer yeoman for not scouring the watercourse called Pasture Dike which flows across a common pasture at Bulmer called Bulmer Pasture to the mill at Stittenham called Stitnam Mill occupied by George Stockdale

From 1 May 1695 the watercourse has been obstructed on the common pasture at Bulmer and water has not been able to flow to the mill

Wardell is liable to scour the watercourse by reason of his tenure of land at Bulmer
