- Elizabeth Harding and one child, apprehended in Newcastle upon Tyne and on their way to their way to their place of settlement in the parish of Rugeley in Staffordshire

- Barbara Beck, apprehended in the township of Darlington and on her way to her place of settlement in the parish of St Dunstan in the East in Middlesex

- William Clark, apprehended in the township of Darlington and on his way from Eryholme directly to his place of settlement in the parish of Topcliffe

- Richard Turner, his wife and two children, apprehended in the township of Darlington and on their way to their place of settlement in the parish of Burrington in Devon

- Sarah Thompson and her son, apprehended in Newcastle upon Tyne and on their way to their place of settlement in Leeds in the West Riding

- Hannah Hall and three children, apprehended in the township of Neasham in county Durham and on their way to their place of settlement in the parish of Sheffield in the West Riding

- Margaret Cook and one child, apprehended in the township of Neasham in county Durham and on their way to their place of settlement in the parish of Colchester in Essex

- Mary Curry, apprehended in the township of Darlington and on her way to her place of settlement in the parish of Oxton in Nottinghamshire

- Phillis Shields, apprehended in Newcastle upon Tyne and on her way from Eryholme directly to her place of settlement in Middleham

- George Druly and Jane his wife, apprehended in the township of Darlington and on their way to their place of settlement in Alton in Hampshire

- Elizabeth Smith and one child, apprehended in the township of Darlington and on their way to their place of settlement in North Holme in the West Riding

- Jane Kiplin and one child, apprehended in the township of Darlington and on their way to their place of settlement in Coventry in Warwickshire
