"Record" of the case against Thomas Moss late of the parish of Scruton yeoman for breaking into a cowhouse which was the common pound in the township of Morton in the parish of Ainderby Steeple, and rescuing his bull value £10 which had been found eating the grass in a close called the Hall Pasture, belonging to James Eden late of the township of Morton in the parish of Ainderby Steeple yeoman
