- the inhabitants of the township of Romaldkirk for not repairing part of the highway leading from Barnard Castle in county Durham to Kirby Stephen in Westmorland. Witnesses: Robert Gibson and Edward Gibson

- the inhabitants of the township of Mickleton for not repairing part of the highway leading from Barnard Castle in county Durham to Kirby Stephen in Westmorland. Witnesses: Robert Gibson and Edward Gibson

- Jane Irwin otherwise Jane Pounder singlewoman and Sarah Gibson singlewoman, both late of the House of Correction at Northallerton, for stealing a tin tea cannister value 2d, four pewter tablespoons value 2d, a pair of woman's linen sleeves value 2d, and a man's linen night cap value 2d, the property of Mary Gregory. Witnesses: Mary Gregory, Margaret Hutchinson, William Greathead, Margaret Greathead, Thomas Robinson and John Rennison

- Ann Halton wife of Robert Halton late of Romanby chimney sweeper for stealing a woman's shift value 10d, the property of Ellen Furnis. Witnesses: Ellen Furnis and Ann Drydale
