- William Hutchinson and Christopher Stamp, both late of the House of Correction at Northallerton ship's carpenters, for stealing ten fir deals value 10d, the property of John Huntrodes. Witnesses: John Huntrodes, John Clark, William Atley and John Marshall

- James Stockdale late of the House of Correction tailor for stealing two half-pounds of black tea value 4d and a pound of lump sugar value 6d, the property of William Clarkson and Matthew Clarkson. Witnesses: William Clarkson, George Hobson, James Houghton and Ralph Hauxwell

- Edward Gibson late of Romaldkirk clerk for pulling down part of a fence wall, the property of Robert Hugginson. Witnesses: Robert Hugginson, William Hutchinson and Thomas Dent

- William Warriner late of the House of Correction at Northallerton labourer for stealing a man's shirt value 10d, the property of John Brusset. Witnesses: John Brusset and John Shaw

- Thomas Spink late of Staithes mariner for assaulting George Frankland. Witness: George Frankland

- Sarah Brown wife of John Brown late of the township of Eston labourer for assaulting James Bean and rescuing a he-ass price 8s and a she-ass price 4s, that Bean was driving to the common pound after taking them as distress for damage done to his field called Barn Field at Eston on 28 September 1791. Witnesses: James Bean and Michael Brown

- William Yellow late of the township of New Malton cordwainer for assaulting Joshua Trueman. Witness: Joshua Trueman
