DescriptionA calendar of prisoners held at the House of Correction at Northallerton before trial at the next Quarter Sessions to be held at Malton on 10 January 1792. Includes:

- James Thompson, committed on 5 October 1791 with stealing a linen shirt; on the oath of Alice wife of William Pinkney of Ruston
- Joseph Row, committed on 8 November 1791, charged with stealing a piece of rope, part of a ship's towing or ice-hawser
- Mary Conset, committed on 3 December 1`791, charged on suspicion of stealing a couple of rabbits

- James Thompson, committed on 31 October 1791 for begging in Snainton

For want of sureties for bastardy etc
- John Burgh, committed on 27 January 1790 for disobeying an order for the maintenance of the bastard child of Hannah Wardel of Old Malton
- Mary Carlton of Redcar, committed on 14 January 1791 for want of sureties to keep the peace towards Alice Thompson of Redcar
- Stephen Bateman, committed on 7 September 1791 for refusing to find security for the maintenance of the bastard child of Mary Lawson of Scackleton
- William Hopwood, committed on 26 May 1791 for refusing to find sureties to keep the peace towards Barbara his wife
- William Hirst, committed on 31 December 1791 for refusing to give security to the township of Swinton for the bastard child of Jane Colthouse of Swinton
- Williamson M'Bean, committed on 24 December 1791 for one calendar month for disobeying his master
- William Crooks, committed on 31 December 1791 for two months for absenting himself from his master's service
- Milner Wilson and Thomas Mawman, ordered on 14 July 1791 by the Bench at Thirsk to be confined for six calendar months and then to be publicly whipped in the market place at Malton
- William Warrener, order by the Bench at Northallerton on 4 October 1791 to be confined for six months in the House of Correction at Northallerton
- John Foster, ordered on 26 April 1790 by the Court at York to be confined for two years in the House of Correction at Northallerton
- Robert Harding and Jonathan Taylor, ordered on 19 March 1791 by the Court at York to be confined for 12 calendar months in the House of Correction at Northallerton
