DescriptionA calendar of prisoners held at the House of Correction at Northallerton before trial at the next Quarter Sessions to be held at Richmond on 13 January 1792. Includes:

- Ralph Dove, committed on 18 October 1791, charged with stealing a silver marrow spoon
- Robert Jefferson, committed on 22 October 1791, charged with stealing two geese; on the oath of Ann wife of Anthony Lax of Sedbergh
- William Routh, committed on 11 November 1791, charged with stealing horse bridles and reins; on the oath of John Fawdington the younger of Asenby
- William Noddings, committed on 16 November 1791, charged with assaulting Isaac Lee of Upleatham and stealing six casks of foreign Geneva from him
- Thomas Noddings and Robert Smith, committed on 16 November 1791, charged with assaulting Isaac Lee and taking six casks containing 24 gallons of foreign Geneva from him, in company with William Nodding [sic] of Upleatham
- Thomas Halton, committed on 2 January 1792 charged on the oath of John Jobson of Constable Burton with breaking in to his barn in company with David Halton and Ann and Rose Sparrow and stealing wheat, oats and five pokes
- Ann Eskin, committed on 3 January 17912 on suspicion of stealing a pair of leather shoes , the property of Richard Danby of Northallerton

For want of sureties for bastardy etc
- William Humphrey, committed on 4 December 1791 for refusing to find sureties for the maintenance of the bastard child of Jane Robson of Great Langton
- Joseph Sweet, committed on 8 December 1791 for refusing to find sureties to keep the peace towards Elizabeth his wife
- William Eglin, committed on 30 December 1791 for refusing to give security for the maintenance of the bastard child of Mary Close of Melbecks
- Thomas Wilford, committed on 30 December 1791 for refusing to give security for the maintenance of the bastard child of Jane M'Clennan of the township of Brompton
- George Shaw, committed on 5 November 1791 for three months, and to be publicly whipped three times in the market place of Northallerton for cutting and stealing swipples and other wood, the property of Sheldon Craddock esquire
- Mary Flenakin, ordered on 14 July 1791 by the Bench at Thirsk, to be confined for six months in close confinement and then discharged
- Alice Chayter and Mary Wilson, ordered on 4 October 1791 by the Bench at Northallerton to be confined in the House of Correction until the next Sessions
- Jane Irwin and Sarah Gibson, ordered on 4 October 1791 by the Bench at Northallerton to be confined in the House of Correction for one whole year
- an idiot, committed on 6 September 1784 , having been found wandering and begging in the township of Easby
