DescriptionPapers relating to the diversion of the highway at Welburn, including:

- agreements of John Robinson of Welburn clerk, lord of the manor and owner of the lands between the Low Moor Closes in the township of Welburn through which the highway runs, and between Low Moor Closes and Tyle House Bridge through which a footway runs. He agrees to give land (length 286 yards and breadth 33 feet) for a new highway, in exchange for being given the old road which is 363 yards in length, and agrees to give 1056 yards for a new footway in exchange for the present length of the footway of 1241 yards

- orders of two Justices at a Special Sessions held at Welburn on 4 July 1792. The diversion of 363 yards of the highway in the township of Welburn and parish of Kirkdale, lying between the Low Moor Closes, should go through the lands of the Revd John Robinson and be 286 yards in length and 33 feet in breadth. The footway lying between the north west corner of a close belonging to Richard Shepherd and a little to the north of the Low Moor Closes and Tyle House Bridge, should be diverted through the lands of the Revd John Robinson for 1056 yards
