| Description | Certificate of two Justices that they have viewed the new highway through the grounds of William Dent esquire in Morderby in the parish of Felixkirk, and have found it properly made. They order that the old highway, 714 yards in length and 18 feet in breadth, leading from Thirsk to Thirlby through the lands of William Dent, should be stopped-up, and the land given to William Dent in consideration of his having made the new highway at his own expense |
