DescriptionBill of expenses not exhibited at the Assizes in the case against Joseph Tinkler and William Allinson

Includes expenses between May and July 1798 for:
- two warrants for execution at Durham
- conveying Elizabeth Morpeth from Brighouse to Greta Bridge
- lodging at Greta Bridge for Sally Lowes, Elizabeth Morpeth and their horses, going to and returning from Richmond and Carlton Hall on 6, 7 and 8 May 1798
- lodging at Kidd's at Mickleton for 14 men including three prisoners, when Allison resisted and locked himself up, using threats whereby it was necessary to raise force
- hire of a horse to Mr Pulleine's for John Tinkler
- Mr Macfarlan's bill for attendance at Richmond on 5 May and his journey to Carlton Hall on 7 May
- Joseph Hinde for himself and a horse going with the prisoners to Carlton
- John Walton for assisting
- Mr Pulleine's clerk's fees
- Joseph Collinson constable for prosecuting, and John Bastin for conveying Joseph Tinkler and William Allinson from Holwick and Fieldhead in county Durham to Carlton and then to York Castle
- Joseph Collinson's journey from Holwick to Rookby Scarr in Westmorland to subpoena Thomas Cleasby to York

With a further sheet of expenses left at York to be allowed at the Sessions, including:
- travelling expenses of witnesses and prosecutor to York Assizes
- chaise hire and horses and other expenses
