DescriptionBill of indictment of the inhabitants of the township of Hutton Bonville for not repairing part of the highway from Northallerton to Darlington in county Durham

From 22 December 1795 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Hutton Bonville from the north corner of a piece of ground adjoining the highway occupied by William Scrafton northward to the north end of a plantation belonging to Anthony Hammond esquire on the west side of the highway, being 1,848 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth

Endorsed with names of witnesses and "a true bill"
