- Margaret Malcolm and three children, on their way to their place of settlement in the parish of St Martin in the Fields in Middlesex with a pass from one of the Justices for county Durham, having been apprehended in the township of Framwellgate

- Stephen Gibbs, his wife and two children, on their way to their place of settlement in Brede in Sussex, with a pass from one of the Justices for county Durham, having been apprehended in the township of Crossgate
