From 25 April 1800 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Carlton Miniott from Middle Field occupied by William Chappilaw northward to a cow house in Middle Field, being 320 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth
Chappilaw and Metcalfe are liable for repairs by reason of their occupation of land adjoining both sides of the highway
