From 5 July 1800 the highway called Green Lane in the township of Dishforth has been in disrepair from the east side of the great road from Northallerton to Boroughbridge in the West Riding eastward to a gate called Green Lane Gate, being 717 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth

Campey is liable for repairs by reason of his tenure of lands adjoining the highway
