From 27 December 1804 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Newholm cum Dunsley from the boundary stone at Swarthy Cross, being the boundary between the townships of Newholm cum Dunsley and Egton, to a signpost for the road to Woodlands being 924 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth

Another part of the same highway is also in disrepair in the township of Newholm cum Dunsley from the lane to the village of Aislaby towards Whitby being 1,540 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth

Endorsed with names of witnesses and "a true bill"
