| Description | Warrant for a nolle prosequi to be entered on the indictment against Thomas Simpson. An indictment for extortion was preferred and found at the last Sessions against Simpson late a collector of the tax on property for the township of Pickering. It now appears that Simpson should be prosecuted jointly with John Dobson the other collector for the township; and an information has been filed against them both in the court of King's Bench |
