| Description | Motion paper for a further respite of an indictment against the inhabitants of Old Malton. The indictment was preferred at the last Christmas Sessions and a fine of £1,200 was imposed on the defendants. £600 has already been expended and £300 more collected which Mr Hastings and Mr John Walker are laying out in the purchase of materials.
