Description | Bill of indictment of Robert Baiston the younger collier and Robert Baiston the elder labourer, both late of the township of Moulton, for assaulting Robert Hall yeoman, George Kay yeoman and Robert Marriner labourer, all late of Moulton, and rescuing three galloways and eight mules value £10, the property of Baiston the younger. Hall, Kay and Marriner had distrained the animals from a close called the Ings at Moulton, occupied by Lord Rokeby, Sir Ralph Milbank, Robert Kay and Thomas Smithson, and were driving them to the common pound of the township of Moulton
