From 1 September 1808 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Ingleby Arncliffe from the division of the roads from Thirsk to Yarm and from Thirsk to Stokesley towards Stokesley, being 80 yards in length and 6 yards in breadth
Raper is liable for repairs by reason of his occupation of lands adjoining the highway |
