| Description | Certificate from John Robinson and Christopher Flintoft who had preferred a bill of indictment at the Sessions on 4 October 1808 against William Dawson of Hutton near Rudby yeoman and Isreael Hutchinson of Long Newton yeoman for nuisance in not cleansing the part of Picton Stell which runs through their lands. The nuisance has now been removed and Dawson and Hutchinson should be discharged from the indictment |
