From 21 January 1813 the highway has been in disrepair in the parish of Spennithorne from Ryder's Plantation northward, being 300 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth

Joseph Rider is responsible for repairs by reason of his tenure of Rider's Farm adjoining the highway
