From 16 January 1813 the highway has been in disrepair in the parish of Normanby from a gate on the south side of the Orchard Hill to another gate leading to Thomas Huddlestone's house, being 290 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth
Elizabeth Grundon is responsible for repairs by reason of her tenure of lands adjoining the highway
