| Description | Bill of indictment of William Yeoman late of the parish of Whitby vintner for blocking the highway by building a wall and staith and depositing 50 cart loads of clay, dirt and other rubbish on part of the highway, being 8 yards in length and 6 feet in breadth, leading from a street in the town and parish of Whitby called Baxtergate down a lane called Coffee House Lane to the public harbour
