- copy indictment made at the Michaelmas Sessions held on 15 October 1816 of the inhabitants of the township of Leake for not repairing part of the highway in the township of Leake beginning at the centre of Leake Bridge and leading towards Northallerton, being 100 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth. The highway has been in disrepair since 1 October 1816
- certificate of two Justices dated 9 April 1817 that they have viewed the road leading from Nether Silton to Northallerton which was indicted at the Michaelmas Sessions 1816 and found it in good repair
- consent dated 14 July 1817 of Fowler Hickes to discharge his prosecution of the inhabitants of Leake for nuisance in not repairing part of the highway in the township of Leake beginning at the centre of Leake Bridge and leading towards Northallerton, being 100 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth
- paper to move at the Quarter Sessions to be held on 15 April 1817 that the indictment of the inhabitants of Leake should be discharged as the road is in good repair |
