- paper to move in the indictment of the inhabitants of the parish of Old Malton for nuisance in not repairing the highway. The highway is now in good repair
- certificate dated 12 April 1817 of two Justices that they have viewed part of the highway in the parish of Old Malton leading from the borough of New Malton towards the market town of Pickering, and found it in good repair. With consent of Richard Hill esquire that the inhabitants of the parish of Old Malton may be discharged from the presentment that he brought against them at the Quarter Sessions held on 17 January 1817 |
