From 6 November 1817 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Bagby from a gate on the west side of the highway leading to a close in the township of Sowerby occupied by George Blyth at the southern extremity of the highway in the township of Bagby, northwards for 300 yards and being 7 yards in breadth |
