- James Sheath of Malton baker, for having a one-pound weight that was four drams light, an eight-ounce weight that was one dram light, and a four-ounce weight that was two and a quarter drams light

- Thomas Gray of Malton currier, for having a seven-pound weight that was 12 drams light

- Arthur Bradley of Malton dealer in worsted, for having a one-pound weight that was two drams light
