From 25 March 1818 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Clifton from a close called the Groves occupied by Robert Cattle northward towards Huntington to Earsley Bridge in the township of Huntington, being 670 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth

Endorsed with names of witnesses and "a true bill"
