Description | Draft return to a writ of constat. At the Quarter Sessions held on 11 January 1820, a recognizance was certified for the appearance of Joseph Tindall at that Sessions and in the meantime to keep the peace especially towards William Outhwaite of Robin Hood's Bay in the parish of Fylingdales mariner. Tindall did not appear and so his recognizance was forfeited. However, on a search in the records of the Clerk of the Peace, no indictment was found against him |
