From 13 January 1823 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of Romanby from 14 yards north of a dwellinghouse occupied by Simon Robson northward to a bridge on the highway adjoining Little Field occupied by Henry Harrison, being 3,069 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth

Ridley, Fawcett, Wright and Harrison are responsible for repairs by reason of their tenure of land adjoining the highway
