From 20 December 1822 the highway has been in disrepair in the parish of East Harlsey from a gate across the highway at the south-west end of Dibdale Lane south-westward to the town of Northallerton, being 1784 yards in length and 20 feet in breadth
Smith is responsible for repairs by reason of his tenure of lands adjoining the highway |
